Lisa Beaufait, MBA,  is the founder of both Trac-Solutions LLC and Im.Possible Chapters LLC. She has a vast background in coaching, leadership development, operations management, strategy, process improvements, and training. Lisa is on the Alumni Board of Directors for Kent State University and also serves on the Paul David YMCA Board in Massillon Ohio. She also serves as Vice President on the She Elevates board, a non-profit to help young girls start businesses.

She earned her Registered Corporate Coach designation in 2010 from the Worldwide Association of Business Coaches. Unlike vision-boards, Lisa’s  favorite passion is helping others to achieve their dreams and goals through “vision-booking”.
